Poste :

PRESENTATION OF THE CONTEXT AND TEAM

The Human Resources department will serve a diverse population around 2800 employees (10 countries in Europe, Asia, US and Morocco) and 10 professional families and expertise. Group Operations Transformation has been set up in 2017 and will continue its in-depth transformation in the coming years

In this context, the Talent Acquisition Team is accountable for sourcing and selecting diverse Talent Pools (Internal & External) to ensure the right supply of Talent at all levels in the Organization

POSITION MISSION & MAIN ACTIVITIES

Mission

The Recruiter will interact with the Hiring Manager and HRBP to define a business resourcing strategy and handle the recruitment process. He/she will support the business through translating business requirements into recruitment plans. He/she may also be providing strategic direction on the best way to approach recruitment for a specific geography or business line.

Main Activities

  • Proactively work with the business to identify today’s and tomorrow’s staffing needs
  • Anticipate, design and implement a recruitment strategy to meet these needs
  • Determine selection criteria in link with Group COO strategy
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Lead employer branding initiatives in collaboration with other HR and operational departments to increase attractivity, using social networks to create and animate communities
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Perform market watch, identify and use disruptive tools to enhance our employer branding strategy.

Profil recherché :

The candidate must have proven work experience as Talent Acquisition specialist or similar role

Technical skills:

  • Good practice of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Demonstrate high proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite

Transversal skills:

  • Proven experience in recruiting within a Shared Service Centre
  • Proven experience in working across countries
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • English fluent
